Once a LUTUM pitched roof is installed, it is low maintenance as tiles never rust or corrode. There is also no compulsory maintenance required to be performed for your roof under warranty conditions, unlike steel manufacturers who require you to do so at least twice a year. If your roof is ever damaged then individual tiles can be easily replaced and recycled.
